See the four columns supporting a massive arch thingy in three pieces NONE OF WHICH are attached to each other, just barely resting on said columns?

Notice the rigged stairs with a slippery satiny covering on slick plywood?

I wish I'd known all this yesterday morning!

I brought the whole thing down before the wedding even started.

The overhead thing hit my back and *then* broke the plywood... The bride runs off crying... No one has any advil, and my back and leg are bruised by flying plastic.

WHY DO I SHOOT WEDDINGS?!?! Someone please remind me!! I think I need to take up nature photography.

Oh! and they said they'd have to pay me next week.
